Dragana Nikolić. M. A. was born in Belgrade / Serbia. She studied at the University of Belgrade and graduated with a degree in education. During her studies she started working for the National Bank of Serbia. Before deciding to start a business in Germany, she was one of the youngest directors of Oriflamme International. After further studies at the Steinbeis – Hochschule Berlin (ICRM) Dragana Nikolić obtained the title “Master of Arts in Responsible Management”. 

In Germany Dragana Nikolić acquired numerous additional qualifications, 

e.g. as accredited QUANTIED.COMPANY Consultant, authorized Process Consultant “Enterprise Value: People”, accredited INSIGHTS MDI Consultant, accredited ASSESS Consultant , certified INQA consultant “Offensive Mittelstand”, NLP Practitioner – internationally certified NLP trainer according to Richard Bandler, NLS Sales Practitioner – Sales Training, Agile Management Consultant
